Carolynn R. Rogers is President of Rogers Risk Resolutions Inc. She provides risk and claims management consulting services. The industry of major focus is healthcare. Her specialty areas are risk analysis, financing and management; primary and excess claims management; risk and claims training and development; insurance and self-insurance programs.
Previous to Rogers Risk Resolutions Inc., Ms. Rogers was Vice President and Client Manager of the Healthcare Practice for Willis of Illinois, Inc.

Prior to Willis of Illinois, Inc., Ms. Rogers was Vice President and Executive Director of Claims for Healthcare Excess Liability Management Cooperative, Inc. (HELM) which was owned by participant Adventist healthcare systems. HELM served its owners by developing, implementing and managing excess level claims and risk management programs related to self-insured healthcare liability. Other aspects of her career include management positions in insurance programs with emphasis on physician, nursing, long-term care, products and general liability.

Ms. Rogers has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). In addition to CPCU, she holds the following professional designations: Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Reinsurance (ARe), Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) and Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW). She has over 20 years in insurance, self-insurance and healthcare risk management.

She is a member of the CPCU Society, Risk and Insurance Management Society, American Society of Healthcare Risk Managers, National Association of Insurance Women, and National Association of Female Executives. She served as board member, in a variety of capacities, and as three term president of a regional Risk and Insurance Management Society chapter. She also served as board member and education committee chairman of a regional chapter of the National Association of Insurance Women.
